String of Hearts 14cm

These String of hearts are incredibly well established! They've already got beautiful long vines. They are known for trailing, heart-shaped leaves and delicate vining habit, this plant is drought-tolerant and evergreen. 

 Care guide: This plant is drought tolerant so don’t worry if you forget about it. Ideally, water when the top 2 inches are dry and soak through. Place it in a spot that receives bright, indirect sunlight and mist if possible.
